Sigrid's Bakery reserves the right to brag about our quality, we don't cut corners whatsoever. We may not be able to produce hundreds of loafs in in an hour, but what does come out is handmade high quality product. The most important thing in baking is the Ingredients without a doubt. Sure everyone says they use the "Best" they have to offer, but that can mean a variety of things. Ex. Instead of buying from the more expensive market, they choose the lowest grade company they can find, than buy the best ingredient from their company. They than tell you in their store, that their bread consists of the best ingredients they can buy. Of course their talking about an individual company that they trade with.
